1. About ZipaDoc
ZipaDoc provides web-based tools for processing documents, including but not limited to compression, conversion, merging, splitting, OCR, and other document functions.
2. Permitted use
You may only upload and process files that you own or that you are legally authorized to use.
The service must not be used for illegal activity, system abuse, malware distribution, infringement of third-party rights, or actions that may disrupt the security or availability of ZipaDoc.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the security of your account and password and for all activity carried out through that account.
4. Free, Trial, and Premium plans
Usage limits may vary by plan. Current information about file counts, file sizes, processing limits, trial periods, and Premium features is displayed on ZipaDoc.
ZipaDoc may adjust usage limits to protect the stability and security of the service.
5. Premium and payments
Premium plans are purchased for the period selected by the user. ZipaDoc does not automatically renew subscriptions unless such a feature is clearly offered and accepted by the user in the future.
Premium access begins after the transaction has been successfully verified by the payment system.
6. Trial
Eligible accounts may receive a Premium trial for the period displayed by the service. The trial does not require a payment card and does not automatically convert into a paid charge.
7. Service availability
We work to keep ZipaDoc available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network disruptions, third-party provider failures, or other circumstances may make the service temporarily unavailable.
8. Processing results
Conversion or processing results may vary depending on the structure, format, fonts, images, encryption, and condition of the source file.
Users are responsible for reviewing the results before using them for important purposes.
9. Changes to the service
ZipaDoc may add, modify, or discontinue features when necessary for development, security, or operation of the service.
